This blouse is designed to have a positive ease of about 0-10 cm depending on the size. This pattern includes a simple guide on how to make the waist fit your own body shape perfectly. This guide takes your bust measurement, your waist measurement and your height into account. If you are inbetween sizes, choose the smaller size.
The measurements: Due to the individuality of the design it is difficult to give exact measurements. The positive ease is about 0-10 cm and the bust circumference for the blouse will therefore be about 80 (85) 90 (95) 100 (110) cm.
Gauge: 23 stitches * ca. 36 rows = 10*10 cm in a stockinette stitch with two strands of midnatssol from CaMaRose.
Recommended needles: 3.5 mm circular needle (40 and 80 cm) for the blouse with the i-cord edges, 3mm circular needle (80 cm) for the i-cord edge at the neckline.
N.B.! As the blouse has a tight fit, it is highly important that your gauge is right. The test knitters hit the right gauge on needles 3, 3.5, and 4 mm. Make a gauge swatch to find the right needle size for you.
Materials: Midnatssol from CaMaRose: 200 (200) 225 (250) 275 (300) grams. And a thin elastic band for the waist. IF you are quite tall or your waist measurement is almost the same as your bust measurement, it is recommended that you purchase an extra skein of yarn as the yarn recommendation is a standard estimate.
