Sleeve length: approx. 43-48 cm’s for all sizes. Easily adaptable.
Materials: The sweater is knitted in 1 strand of “Skinny Andean Wool” from @Kaosyarn in two colors:
Color A (base color): 5 (6) 7 (8) 9 (9) 10 skiens
Color B (pattern color): 2 (2) 2 (2) 2 (2) 2 skiens
Gauge: 19 stitches * 26 rows = 10*10 cm’s after washing and blocking.
Recommended needle size: Circular needle 5 mm, circular needle 4 mm & circular needle 3.5 mm.
Techniques:
Increases:
Inc-r: From the back, lift the loop between two stitches with your left needle and knit it
inc-l: From the front, lift the loop between two stitches with your left needle and knit it through the back loop
p-incr-l: From the front, lift the loop between two stitches with your left needle and purl it through the back loop.
Decreases:
k2tog: knit 2 together
SSK: slip one stitch knit wise, k1, lift the first stich over the just knitted stitch as if you were closing it off.
Cast on and off: long tail cast on and backwards loop cast on. Italian bind off. If need be, watch a
video of the techniques.
Color work: Is knitted from a Diagram and only from the right side.
Short Rows: it’s recommended to use German Short Rows (GSR).

About the sweater: FTS sweater is a boxy-fit sweater with a hidden two-color message knitted across the body. The sweater is made top-down. Firstly, two shoulder panels are made, and stitches are picked up directly on these for the back piece. The two front pieces are knitted separately onto the shoulder panels and gathered for a common front piece. The back piece and front piece is connected as the body, and the hidden “FTS”-statement is knitted onto the body. The body is finished with a ribbed hem in both color A and color B. Sleeves are knitted directly onto the sweater and finished with a ribbed hem like the body. St for the neck band are picked up and the neck band is worked in two-color rib as for the body and sleeves and then double-folded.
